Detroit-born and deeply family-oriented, Ashley is the Founder and Lead Designer of RedHaus Events. She is driven by relationships, community, and a genuine care for the people she serves—believing that the most meaningful celebrations are rooted in connection and intention.

Ashley’s journey into event design began with a simple belief: life’s most important moments deserve to be celebrated beautifully and without stress. What started as a passion for creating intimate, emotional spaces evolved into a calling to design experiences that feel personal, cinematic, and unforgettable. We design elevated experiences for private celebrations, proposals, milestone moments, corporate events, and brand activations. Every event is thoughtfully curated to feel meaningful, immersive, and beautifully styled.

Do you offer full planning, or just event design?

Our focus is on full-service event design and styling—from creative direction and custom concepts to installation, setup, and breakdown. Planning support can be discussed depending on your event needs.

What is the typical investment for your services?

Do you work outside of Detroit and Kalamazoo?

Yes! While we’re based in Michigan, we’re happy to travel for the right event. Travel and destination projects are considered based on availability and event scope.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner, the better—especially for popular dates. Our designs often involve custom elements and detailed planning, and we take on a limited number of events to ensure every client gets our full attention.

Are your designs customized, or do you offer packages?

Every design is completely custom. We don’t use templates or pre-set packages—each event is created specifically for you, your vision, and the experience you want your guests to feel.

Can you work with my planner, venue, or brand team?

Absolutely. We love collaborating and work seamlessly with planners, venues, and brand teams to bring everything together in a cohesive, polished way.

What happens after I book?

Once booked, we’ll start with a design consultation to understand your vision. From there, we develop your concept, curate the design details, and handle all setup and breakdown so you can enjoy the experience.
